Description
The tennin moves in a dancing position in voluptuous rhythms with raised arms. The metal fitting of the tiara is missing, except for small remains.

Acquired by Ginsberg in 1909 from the firm Pergamenter, Berlin ; 1909 - 1942 Ostasiatica Collection Herbert Ginsberg, Berlin; in 1942 large parts of the Ginsberg collection were confiscated in Rotterdam by the Sicherheitsdienst (SD); whereabouts unknown
