The art collection of claimant’s father was confiscated as "Entartete Kunst" under the authority of the Dienstelle Reichsleiter Rosenberg on 2 February 1942 from the warehouse of Speditur Roth, Reichenbergerstrasse 54, Berlin, where the works were stored.
