Auf kirschrotem Fond großes, ovales Blumenmedaillon mit beigefarbigen Grund. Der Fond von Blumenfestons durchzogen, breite, resedagrüne Bordüre mit abwechseld am inneren und äußeren Bordürenrand aufgesetzten Akanthus-Palmetten und Blumenfestons.
