Forced sale on 12th November 1940 at the auction house Gerhard Harms in Berlin-Dahlem. The miniatures were listed under lot no. 47 as "4 miniatures and similar." for 60 RM from Martius acquired. The wording "and similar." referred to another miniature (LostArt-ID 413879) under the same lot no. "Lady at the mirror", signed 1780
