Confiscated at the relocation site Georgi mine Wansleben near Eisleben in May 1945; transported in March 1946 (under the jurisdiction of the Soviet Military Administration of Saxony-Anhalt); [...]; in 2001, books from the German Academy of Sciences Leopoldina were returned to Halle via the Berlin State Library. They had been confiscated by the OFD Cottbus in 1998.
