Nearly cylindrical cup with angular peaked handle and sculpted screw heads where the handle joins the body of the cup; top with double, bottom with single gilt edge; on the front: white bisque porcelain relief bust on blue background - stout woman with tiara, curly fringe and veil at the back of the head - framed by a moulded gilt pearl frieze circle and gilt laurel twigs; under the medallion: "Arsinoe" in gilt letters; mark "R.-g." in underglaze blue.
