On June 21, 1938, Philo Wuest appraised the painting belonging to Arthur and Irene Barsch, which was located in the music salon of the villa at Wissmannstraße 11 (now Baraschstraße), at 500 RM. According to statements made by Luise Haertel, Arthur Barasch's secretary, during restitution proceedings, Barasch sold the items following the appraisal to cover, among other things, a foreign currency fine, legal and emigration costs, as well as living expenses. The current whereabouts of the objects remain unknown.
