Recto: at the bottom outside the drawing in pencil: "1";

verso: drawing of a broad-leaved plantain (Plantago major) with leaves and two inflorescences; above the left leaf in ink: "16" [or “id” or "18"]; between the flower umbels in ink: "W ActA" [or "A etA" [reading uncertain]; to the right of the flower umbel, stamp SGSM 17/Lugt 1094b.
