Description
Portrait of Johanna Elisabeth v. Schmerfeld.
The portrayed sits on a bench in a park landscape in a light blue, wide-cut silk dress with a white breast insert and white lace cuffs, her face with rosy cheeks, dark eyes and white wig turned towards the viewer, holding a fan in her hands. Cut off at about knee height. Cloudy blue sky.
Inscription on the reverse: H. Tischbein pinx. Rococo gold frame. (according to inv.)
