Description
Transport for prisoners of the city of Lübben. Indentations in the upper edge of the side boards and iron rings on the runners were used to lash down the person being executed. Last used at the last execution in Lübben in 1837.
Provenance
Formerly the Lübben local history museum (entry in 1907). The collection was probably transferred to an inner-city relocation site in 1945. Probably lost during the war in 1945.
