Description
Blade: curved with a blood vessel, otherwise undecorated; by Soshi Mashiro; tsuba: large square shape with rounded corners, made of iron with relief work and gold plating; handle (tsuka): wood, parallel grooved, picture of large monkey with juges; sheath: wood, covered with bamboo plates in a mosaic pattern; sheath fittings: only ring (kurikata), through which the strong silk cord (sageo) is threaded.
