Description
Six mahogany chairs and one armchair. Seat upholstered and covered with antique green velour. Richly carved backrests, round and fluted front legs. Louis XVI, Holland.
Provenance
Joseph M. Morpurgo Antiquitäten, Amsterdam, purchased by: unknown, 19 March 1926, Hfl. 294; withdrawn from the inventory after 16 October 1941 (probably under administrator Jacques Jansen); December 1942, auctioned by Weinmüller, lot 656, buyer: Pronath; whereabouts unknown.
