Description
Depiction en face with slightly lowered head. The figure wears a black suit. In the background dark brown tones; Heinrich Zille, who died in 1929, was a friend of Otto Nagel; their jointly published book "Für Alle" fell victim to the Nazi book-burning in 1933

Otto Nagel, Berlin; confiscated by the Gestapo during a house raid of the artist's studio (Turinerstr. 10, Berlin-Wedding) in 1935; whereabouts unknown
