Miniature box with hinged lid; gold enamel box, circular; black, white and turquoise-blue stripes; on the removable lid a young girl sitting at a spring under a rose bush, from which putti floating in clouds pick roses; the ground shining through the sky painted in translucent enamel is guilloché; tenant stamp of J. Alaterre (R3 6524) (?) and uninterpreted master stamp
