Description

In shape of a bag, foldable cover. All side walls decorated with plenty ornaments in four hues of gold and green, transparent enamel. Therein lockets are inset with enamel-paintings in grisaille on rose ground: putti, nymphs, satyrs. Smooth gold inside. Mark: Inside of cover and bottom faint marks: Jb. P-mark, not at R. , around 1784, Paris, PZ. around R.6548, H. Clavel, 1782 - 1789, at rim faint hallmarks
