In der Mitte heimziehende Musikanten, einer flötend. Rechts das Tor eines Städtchens, dem sich ein Omnibus nähert. Links ein verschneites Dorf. Im Abschnitt des Mittelteils Tanzvergnügen in Grisaille (Inventarbeschreibung).

Acquired in 1904 as a state purchase from the art exhibition at the Glass Palace in Munich from budgetary funds ‘for the acquisition of excellent works of art’; work last traceable in the spa administration in Bad Kissingen, lost since the turmoil of war, it can be assumed to have been looted.
