King Midas counting gold

Confiscated from claimant's father-in-law. The paintings were sent from Berlin to Vienna in 1934. Upon the arrival of the Germans in Vienna in 1938, they were sent for safekeeping to a warehouse in Krakow, Poland near where claimant's father-in-law owned a smelting plant. The boxes were confiscated 1939 when the Germans marched into Poland.
