Positive with Desk

The altar-like furniture consists of a square base decorated with carvings with a widely protruding, inlaid stone top. The top is formed by a three-storey reredos with reliefs made of Kehlheim stone, rich sculptural figure decoration, columns and decorative gables studded with stones, surmounted by a crucifix. The biblical reliefs on both sides show, among other things, God the Father, the Annunciation of Mary, the birth and resurrection of Christ. The substructure contains the organ, which was already made by Johann Lang in 1580; the console-like support contains the keyboard and serves as a desk.
