Description
The surtout consists of a wide, rectangular cut, tucked fabric and a narrow waistband. It is long, folded and unlined. The skirt has an integrated pouch pocket and a front slit reaching up to the waistband. The entire white skirt surface bears an ornament of evenly scattered, large, red flowers (chrysanthemums) and golden tendrils.
