Counterpart to male portrait, inventory no. SG 679; bust-length portrait of an old woman wearing a fur collar and a silken, shimmering, purplish-red kerchief around the head; facing right, looking towards the viewer, on a grey background; the Kunsthalle Hamburg has a similar female portrait as the one formerly in Gotha.
