On flattened ball feet, a square base with engraved tendrils, leaves and flowers, which tapers slightly. On top of this is the square clock tower, supported at the corners by pilasters on bases. On the front of the tower is a round silver clock face, below which is a small round recess with a pin for winding the clock. On the back of the tower is a round dial and pendulum. All four sides of the clock tower are covered with engraved ornamentation. An openwork balustrade crowns the tower. In the centre is a round top piece that encloses the bell at the bottom, inside which is a pavilion supported by seven small columns with a curved canopy. Between the columns are eight small vases.
