Description
Tin: Flat and rectangular tin with retractable lid. Inside with partitions that divide the tin into four compartments. Underside with four feet moulded downwards in the corners. No stamp or mark. Signs of use and scratches, fine cracks on the fold and between the wall and base plate. Feet unevenly moulded. Pewter crack at the beginning of the left lid rail.
Lid: Unadorned and flat with an uncreased rim on one narrow side, where the lid can be pulled out. Signs of use, nicks and scratches.
Provenance
No information on provenance available to date: It is most likely an object that was confiscated as a result of Nazi persecution.
