Depicting a hiker with hat and stick in a rocky landscape; signed in the image, dated lower left: J.C.Erhard inv. et fec. 1818
Provenance
1934 Purchase from the Berlin antiquarian art dealer Ferdinand Wendl; on the reverse collector's artist Dr. Emil Spira (Lugt 2306a), collector was of Jewish origin and lived in Prague; it is not known when and under what circumstances the sheet left his collection.
