Acquired in May 1944 by the "Sonderauftrag Linz" via Johannes Jantzen, Vienna, and probably remained in Dresden due to the war; most probably after the end of the war transported from one of the collection depots of the Trophy Commission to the SU, and in 1958 (?) transferred to the picture gallery
