Portrait of a lady (bust)
Woman in three-quarter profile to the left, looking into the distance. The sitter seems to be sitting on a dark piece of furniture, of which only the backrest is visible at the right edge of the picture. Her dark hair is tied at the back of her head. She is wearing a white blouse with the flower of a red rose attached to her left breast and a gold chain with a stone-studded pendant around her neck.
The work is signed next to the woman's right shoulder and dated "Franz Stuck 1904".
